Slightly delayed in this review, as moving house is very busy. But I can’t not leave a review when the service was outstanding. This is the second home we’ve sold with them, looking back, the first house we sold must have been one of their first when they started? Never the less, the service was still amazing. We can’t thank EweMove (Lewis and Catherine) enough for their help selling our home. Not only did they secure an offer above our asking price, but they were also always on hand to answer questions (evenings and weekends) and provide reassurance throughout the process. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. We never felt like just another client – they were proactive, approachable, and went above and beyond to help us achieve the best result. Lewis and Catherine were excellent throughout. Unfortunately, we lost our first property when the sellers decided not to proceed just a week before completion. However, within a week, another opportunity came up and we moved quickly something we’re very glad we did, as we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We got into a bidding war to secure it but we loved it. I can be quite demanding when it comes to communication and detail, but Lewis and Catherine were always responsive and available, even outside typical hours on WhatsApp, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fantastic husband and wife team.

I had Catherine as my estate agent while buying my first home and she was amazing. Great at keeping in contact and providing support (and sanity!) during the whole conveyancing process. I also met Lewis when i got the keys and he seemed a very nice, friendly gentleman too. I would highly recommend using them to anyone, as the professionalism and humanity is second to none!

We had Lewis and Catherine visit today for an initial valuation. They were both very approachable and friendly both before, and during the appointment. I had extensive questions and they were able to answer them all. It was clear from their presentation of comparison properties that they had clearly done their homework, but also they acknowledged there is a couple of things that make our home fairly unique, and therefore they factored these into our valuation. They gave us plenty of time to discuss our questions and we didn't feel rushed. Catherine also followed up very swiftly afterwards with some further information by email.
